Top and and Low end damages

Post by rheon » March 29th, 2013, 3:49 pm

When I do a granite/iron calculator, what exactly does the "damage" mean?

Also, is there a way to see what the low end and top end damage are?

Thanks,

Rheon

There is a formula that figures out what the average damage is going to be per hit based on a number of variables. (Such as your Damage Rating, Critical Damage Rating, Crit Rate, etc.) That's what the damage is. In the Iron/Granite Help menu there is a tab for formulas. The formula and variables are listed there.

These variables only take into account the weapon and the stats of the character wielding the weapon. They do not take into account the particular critter or player you are using that weapon against.

ETC does not include a way to see the low end or top end damage. It is strictly what the average of the damage per hit should be over time.
