Changes in 2.2.0.3
Bug Fix: Cloaks on the Buffs Tab only worked when selecting for Armor Tinkering
Not a major release, just a small bug fix that came up. (I can't believe I didn't catch it earlier.)

FYI - With February's patch some melee weapons can spawn with a minimum damage of less than 1. e.g. I have an axe that has a damage of 0.29 - 29.
The current calculator will not accept a minimum damage of less than 1.

Anything else that needs to be fixed?
Min Damage less than 1
Remove Gearcrafting and add salvages to Item Tinkering
Did they remove the bonus from UA? Or add any bonuses that I need to include? Anything special I should do for dual wield? I'm probably forgetting something else.
I kind of stopped paying attention to the changes after about the 5th or 6th thread on it. Especially when I found out what they did to quest weapons.
Edit: I'm thinking I can work on it this weekend.

Not very familiar with Dual Wield, Recklessness, Dirty Fighting or Sneak Attack yet or how they could affect your damage output. Sorry.
